KSS Yippie for Yoga Camp

Come join the yoga fun! During the week, yoga participants will explore different animal habitats and yoga poses through stories, games, songs, drama, art and other yoga fun. Sessions will begin with a warm-up using poses from previous days and an introduction to the animal habitat of the day. Participants will learn the benefits of different poses, the importance of focus and breathing, and they will gain an appreciation for how fun and challenging yoga can be.
