Cooking: Around the World - 181015

During this class, students will spend each day learning & creating cuisines from different countries & cultures. In addition, campers will learn about that country’s geological effects, including the country’s continent location, climate condition and any world-renowned wonders. Throughout the course, students will collaborate while learning about the importance of safety & teamwork in the kitchen. Each student will master the different skills of cutting, like dicing, coring & slicing, and will also learn more about the customary units of volume, like teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, pints & gallons, all while baking delicious goodies!
