This fun and wacky Adult & Me Sports and fitness class is designed to introduce children to a variety of sports, games and group team building activities, all with the help of an Adult. This is a fun co-ed sports program developed for athletes ages 2-3 years old. Adult/parent participation is required.

This fun and exciting class is a young athletes dream. Is it filled with cardio and various sports changing each week, and team building activates that will allow kids to develop their true passion for sports.

Kids will develop lacrosse fundamentals in a safe and fun environment. With an emphasis on hand/eye coordination, speed, agility, and stick skills, this class is perfect for participant’s brand new to lacrosse.

Our coaches will help children of any skill level, improve his/her shooting, ball handling, defense and rebounding while having fun in a lightly competitive environment. Players will work together and compete while they have fun playing in basketball related games like Knockout, Dribble Wars, and Sharks and Minnows. Children will also play in age-appropriate half court and full court games.

Floor hockey is an action-packed game where boys and girls move constantly. Kids will learn the basics of hockey in a safe, age-appropriate environment and will learn to compete as a team with high effort and sportsmanship in each session. Each class will end with full games but will begin with lead-up games and skill building to help them hone skills that translate across all sports.

Our volleyball program is a perfect intro to one of the fastest growing sports in the area. We will work on fundamentals through play, keeping each day fun with games and drills that build strength and confidence, as well as learn about proper rotations and spatial awareness. Our goal is to get each player the most touches possible each day to ensure noticeable improvement and constant engagement. This program is for beginners as well as experienced players, and by the end of the session we hope to be able to play out competitive points. Everyone will have a blast with this great game!

This skateboard class is jam-packed with fun, excitement, and safety. Students will receive instruction on how to safely ride, tack turn, kick turn, approach ramps, rock n’ roll, rock to fakie, olly, grind, drop in and get air. Instructional moves and skating games will be incorporated daily. Participants must provide their own equipment, helmet and protective gear.

Improve individual ball skills in a fun, group, energetic environment. The primary method of instruction is based on the US Soccer Federation Youth soccer development program. Coaching methods revolve around developing player's social, physical and technical skills in an active, positive environment. Sessions accommodate all skill levels.

The Little Hoopers is a program designed to develop young players’ love and interest in basketball by providing the FUN-damental skills and techniques needed. Each session will include station work that focuses on different skills including shooting, dribbling, passing, and footwork. It gives parents and children the opportunity to work one-on-one and spend quality time together. A parent is asked to stay with their child. The clinic will be held once a week for six weeks on Saturdays. This clinic will take place at Shrevewood Elementary School, 7525 Shreve Rd., Falls Church, VA 22043.

Our Junior Ballers clinic is the perfect place for your little ones to learn the fundamentals of basketball in a fun and supportive environment! Geared towards kindergartners and first graders, our clinic will focus on the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense. Our experienced coaches will use age-appropriate drills and games to help your child develop coordination, teamwork, and confidence on the court. The clinics will be held weekly for six weeks.

Love the Ball soccer clinics are designed to teach participants to love the ball and the game of soccer. Each 45-minute session allows participants to have a soccer ball the entire session, playing games that increase their balance, coordination, and control with a soccer ball. Parents are encouraged to do the drills with their children to encourage more participation from each child. Sessions ensure player interaction with the coach and peers by using fantasy-based themes such as spaceships, pirates, or vehicles to engage young minds in the beautiful game and encourage play and laughter. March-May classes/camps held at Oak St. Elementary.
