New as of September 2022, all individuals participating in activities through the Falls Church Senior Center are required to enroll yearly as a member of the Senior Center.

This is a special art class just for toddlers and parents (or helpers). Little fingers will experiment with painting, gluing, sticking, printing and creating, while developing fine motor, language, and self-help skills. This is an "I can do it!" class that is fun and creative! Each session has new activities and moms and helpers get to play too.

Ages1.5-3 with Adult . This class provides an introduction for young students and one accompanying adult to movement and dance. Using singing, nursery rhymes, activities, props, and the help of their adults, students develop their basic motor skills, coordination, and self-expression. This class does not participate in the May recitals.

A cheerful introduction to dance, movement, and expression for 2 & 3 year olds in a nurturing, playful, creative environment. Emphasis will be placed on beginning ballet technique while we help our youngest dancers develop balance, coordination, and rhythm. Parents and guardians must stay on the premises but not in the classroom. Ballet shoes required (pink shoes preferred, black or white for boys.

This ballet class will expose your little dancer to many of the classical ballet stories such as Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and The Nutcracker through literature, storytelling and music. Basic ballet concepts will be introduced to lay a positive technical foundation (i.e.: positions, plies, etc.). Students will enjoy being exposed to real ballet stories to create a love for this classical art form! Dancers should wear ballet shoes. Dance recital June 1, 2024.

Music Together is an internationally recognized mixed-age music and movement class. The Music Together approach develops every child's birthright of basic music competence by experiencing music through playful activities rather than learning music concepts. Class activities encompass interactive music making activities-singing, chanting, small movement, and simple dancing led by an early childhood music specialist. Tuition includes a take home cd, songbook, and digital download code of the semester’s songs. Sibling discount of $42 is available.

Fun and wacky Adult & Me Sports and fitness classes designed to introduce children to a variety of sports, games and group team building activities, all with the help of an Adult. This is a fun co-ed sports program developed for athletes ages 2-3 years old. Adult/parent participation is required.

This fun and exciting class is a young athletes dream. Is it filled with cardio and various sports changing each week, and team building activates that will allow kids to develop their true passion for sports.

This class is the perfect way to introduce your child to the wonderful world of floor hockey! A safe and fun way for your beginning hockey star to learn the skills of the game including puck and stick handling, shooting, and passing. Class will also include team play and games. This is a co-ed program developed for athletes ages 3-5 years old.

This class is designed to help stimulate and introduce some basic balancing, tumbling, agility techniques to your child. This class will include a group warm-up and individual drills that will consist of parent participation.

Learn to play like the pros in this exciting and interactive tennis class that consists of a variety of drills and cardio exercises that will keep kids agile and on their feet during game play. Kids learn the fundamental rules of the game and techniques that will make them feel like experts in the sport. *Students need a racquet for the class.
