Fun and wacky Adult & Me Sports and fitness classes designed to introduce children to a variety of sports, games and group team building activities, all with the help of an Adult. This is a fun co-ed sports program developed for athletes ages 2-3 years old. Adult/parent participation is required.

A safe and fun way for your beginning hockey star to learn the skills of the game including puck and stick handling, shooting, and passing. Class will also include team play and games. This is a co-ed program developed for athletes ages 3-5 years old.

Our coaches will help children of any skill level, improve his/her shooting, ball handling, defense and rebounding while having fun in a lightly competitive environment. Players will work together and compete while they have fun playing in basketball related games like Knockout, Dribble Wars, and Sharks and Minnows. Children will also play in age-appropriate half court and full court games.

Our flag football program will help players develop an understanding of the game, rules, and technical skills in a fun-filled, exciting environment. This is a co-ed program developed for athletes ages 5-6 years old.

Join this co-ed running club where your child will have the chance to meet new friends, have a team building experience, move their bodies with fun running activities such as relays, speed, agility & quickness, & pacing all packed into an hour of movement, character building, and team fun. We will be building our cardiovascular system and muscles.

Our volleyball program is a perfect intro to one of the fastest growing sports in the area. We will work on fundamentals through play, keeping each day fun with games and drills that build strength and confidence, as well as learn about proper rotations and spatial awareness. Our goal is to get each player the most touches possible each day to ensure noticeable improvement and constant engagement. This program is for beginners as well as experienced players, and by the end of the session we hope to be able to play out competitive points. Everyone will have a blast with this great game!

This skateboard class is jam-packed with fun, excitement, and safety. Students will receive instruction on how to safely ride, tack turn, kick turn, approach ramps, rock n’ roll, rock to fakie, olly, grind, drop in and get air. Instructional moves and skating games will be incorporated daily.

Love the Ball soccer clinics are designed to teach participants to love the ball and the game of soccer. Each 45-minute session allows participants to have a soccer ball the entire session, playing games that increase their balance, coordination and control with a soccer ball. Parents are encouraged to do the drills as well as the children to encourage children participation. Sessions ensure player interaction with the coach and peers by using fantasy based themes such as space ships, pirates or vehicles to engage young minds in the beautiful game and encourage play and laughter.

Players will have fun, learn moves and play soccer. The program is based around fun fantasy based themes such as pirates, spaceships and superheroes. The curriculum introduces dribbling, shooting and changing of direction all while making new friends, interacting with peers, the coach and props. We ensure that your kids will love our classes and learn to Love the Ball.

Athletes and fun seekers - come join us as we work hard and learn about staying in shape. During each class, we will warm up and transition to a workout, learning about different muscle groups and exercises to improve both strength and endurance. Along with agility and body weight exercises, we will spend time jumping rope and playing other PE games that incorporate fitness, such as Capture the Flag (a fan favorite). It should be a fun way to spend some energy and to learn how to establish healthy fitness habits!

Our Soccer Academy is based on training methods and techniques from professional academies in the United Kingdom. Every player will have their own ball for the majority of the session as we work on drills moves and skills. Sessions will always finish with small sided scrimmages such as 1v1's or 2v2's to put into practice the games and drills that have been worked on throughout the session.

Teams will be formed by age groups. Player requests and specific practice day requests are not accepted. Practices will be held at nearby fields and practice times vary by coach. All 3rd-12th grade teams will participate with Arlington Soccer Association. Teams will practice in Falls Church but games will be played in Arlington. All Kindergarten-2nd grade teams will only compete against other Falls Church teams. All K-2nd grade practices and games will take place in Falls Church.

K-2nd Grade:
K-2nd grade players will be given a new jersey each fall. Players that did not register in the fall will be given a new jersey at the start of the spring season.

3rd-12th Grade:
Jerseys are no longer included in the registration fee for 3rd-12th grade teams. Jerseys for 3rd-12th grade players must be purchased directly through Score Sports at https://bit.ly/FCJersey.
