Registration opens for January-May programs on December 5 at 10am for City of Falls Church residents and on December 12 at 10am for non-City of Falls Church residents. Class & Athletic Programs Refund Policy (See Camps Refund Policy Below)

The Recreation and Parks Department will provide a full credit or refund for an activity if the activity is canceled by the department or upon request when schedule or location changes made by the Department prohibit or limit an individual's ability to attend an activity.

To request a credit or refund for any reason other than those stated above, a Request for Refund / Household Credit Form must be completed and submitted.

All requests are handled using the following guidelines.

14 or More Days

When a request is made 14 or more calendar days before the activity starts, a refund or credit is granted less a 10% processing fee. The activity start date is the first day of the class or event.

For Athletic Programs, the first day of the activity is:
Youth Soccer: The date teams are formed
Flag Football and Youth Basketball: The first date of evaluations
Adult Sports: The date schedules are formed

Less than 14 Days

When a request is made less than 14 days before the activity start date, no refund or credit will be granted unless there is a medical reason (doctor's note required).

If a refund or credit is granted for medical reasons, the refund or household credit will be assessed a 10% processing fee.

Camp End

No refunds or credits will be granted once a camp has ended.

Winter, Spring & Summer Camps Refund Policy
